These platforms charge fees, so we prefer direct bookings.

We accept reservations with a deposit
of 50% of the total amount.
There are different possibilities for you to pay in advance:

PayPal is the most expensive deposit method.
Our PayPal account is in Thai Baht.
Therefore, in addition to the usual fees and the unfavorable exchange rate, an additional fee of between 100 and 200 Baht will apply.
This fee is not displayed during the transfer process.
Please transfer a slightly larger amount to cover this additional charge.
Please pay the rest in Thai Baht when you check in,
we don't accept credit cards.

Cancellation
If you made a reservation with us and have to cancel it we will pay back 50% of the money if you tell us at least one month before your arrival. We hope you will understand that with cancellations less than 30 days before arrival we will not make any payments.
We are a very small resort and don’t do over bookings like bigger places. So if you not show up, the room will probably stay empty.
We think everybody understands the idea of a deposit for a reservation. It’s the security for both of us. Our guests want to have the promise to get the bungalow they choose and we want our guests to keep their promise and really come.
Sometimes it’s only about a few days when all bungalows are already reserved and we have to say no to all other inquiries. Only a few days before arrival it’s too late to send a mail to everybody who was asking for the bungalow before. They already made a reservation somewhere else. And the walk-in-customers are mainly looking for low-budget places.
